offering a positive co-work training space for you and your clients.
We aim to inspire and support coaching professionals to chase their dreams, elevate their careers, and experience the freedom of gym ownership without the overhead costs that come with owning your own space.
UrbanIRON Fitness is passionate about ensuring clients have the best training experience while empowering training professionals to be successful business owners. We offer a turnkey, move in ready community studio with business technology solutions designed exclusively for independent trainers operating in a shared space.
About the studio:
UrbanIRON Fitness Studio offers 4000 square feet of community gym space with over $100K in
functional training equipment*. Your clients will enjoy the use of quality equipment in a positive
environment with the trainer they love, to help them achieve their goals. Trainers may also bring
personal equipment into studio (as space allows) and can be discussed during studio tour.
UrbanIRON Fitness Studio Partnership:
- Includes: Use of studio space [Equipment, music, timer, Wi-Fi, shared office space and other amenities]
- Available: Market your brand at UrbanIRON Fitness Studio and on social media ($ dependent on rental term)
- Required: One time space deposit to secure studio access
Personal Training | 1X1
• Unlimited: Full time trainer
(20+ hours per week) as low as $1600/month
• A la Carte: Part time trainer
(<20 hours per week) $25/hour
Group Training | # Participants
• Small Group | 3-5: $40 (1/4 gym)
• Large Group | 6-10: $60(1/2 gym)
• Private Group | 11-30: $110 (Full gym)
